Dr.
John Thinnes is the lead facilitator for Primary Competitive Advantage.
John has over 35 years of experience working in organizations.
He emphasizes practical approaches in helping management achieve
strategic plans and operational goals. John spent 12 years with
Exxon Company, USA as a manager
of a large data processing department. He received a doctoral
degree in adult education and group dynamics and has specialized
in management and organizational development for the past 27 years.
John focuses on helping organizations achieve the plans and goals
that require an unprecedented level of engagement, alignment and
leadership from executives, managers and employees. John has worked
with executives, managers and business leaders in a variety of
business and industrial settings, including financial, banking,
electronics, food, public utilities, health care, government,
pharmaceuticals, textile and manufacturing. John is the Director
of the Training and Organizational Development Graduate Programs
at Saint Joseph’s University, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He has designed and taught graduate courses on implementing change,
leadership principles, facilitation skills, learning organizations
and performance improvement.
