Profile
The SACC Performance Profile is completed by individual members
of management.
Each participant receives a detailed and confidential report that
identifies their unique
leadership approach. The profile is designed to provide individuals
with insights into how they
can improve their effectiveness in achieving desired goals.
The profile provides:
- Descriptions of the strengths you can build on to achieve
the results
you know you are capable of achieving
- Insights into how you can use power more efficiently and
effectively
to execute plans and goals
- An awareness of the “shadow” area or underlying
assumptions that could
compete with your commitment to developing leadership performance
- Heightened levels of confidence by understanding what motivates
you and how your
thinking and behaviors directly impact individual, team and
organizational performance
- Awareness of behavioral “blindspots” that can
create problematic
performance issues
- Specific recommendations on how to optimize your performance
working
with individuals and groups.
